Fraudulent/Declined Transactions

Cancellations and Refunds Policy

Once admitted to a specific program/service, the paid amount will be reflected in the user's account. Users can migrate to another program/service based on availability, with funds adjusted but not refunded. In case of overpayment due to a technical error, users must claim a refund within 3 days, processed within 7-10 working days.
